We’re hiring dependable General Laborers to assist with day-to-day operations on our job sites. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a crew that takes pride in quality work.
Nice to have
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Assisting with site preparation, digging, grading, and backfilling
- Operating small machinery and hand tools (training available)
- Helping with landscaping tasks like planting, mulching, and hardscaping
- Loading and unloading materials, maintaining clean and safe job sites
- Supporting skilled crew members and supervisors as needed
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift, move, and carry heavy materials
- Must be 18 or older
